In 2014 Neale Worley followed Professor Ken Howard OBE RA on a painting trip to Paris and captured video of many painting in progress and also discussed with Ken his approach at the easel. In 2019 he spent further time in conversation with Ken and got his thoughts about a life in painting and how his process for working in light and tone has evolved. It is an intimate and revealing film. Ken looks back on a long life in art and offers some thoughts about the digital world, the place of Royal Academy and and talks about what a 'rum business' art can be.
